- Wed March 11th – 7pm-8.30pm- Ash Showgrounds- Rugby Smart – ALL SENIOR B COACHES / Managers / Managers / Trainers / Referees
- Wed March 18th – 7pm – 8.30pm – Ash Showgrounds- Rugby Smart 1stXv U18/ U16/ U14.5- – Coaches / Managers / Trainers / Referees
- Thurs March 26th -7pm 8.30pm-Ash Showgrounds – Small Blacks – Under 13 – Coaches / Managers /Trainers / Referees
- Fri March 27th – 11am – 12.30pm – Ash Showgrounds – Rugby Smart U14.5 – Senior – Daytime course for shift workers all RS grades
- Thurs April 2nd -7pm-8.30pm- Ash Showgrounds -Small Blacks U11.5- Coaches / Managers /Trainers / Referees
- Mon April 6th -7pm – 8.30pm Ash Showgrounds – Small Blacks U9- U10 Coaches / Managers /Trainers
- Wed April 8th – 7pm-8.30pm – Ash Showgrounds- Small Blacks –U8 Coaches / Managers /Trainers
- Wed April 22nd– 7pm – 8.30pm – Ash Showgrounds Small Blacks Rippa Grades (U6 & U7)- Coaches / Managers /Trainers

- Fri May 1st – 11am-12.30pm – Ash Showgrounds – Small Blacks – Daytime course for shift workers all U6 – U13 Coaches / Managers /Trainers
- Mon May 4th 7.00pm -Ash Showgrounds – Associate Referees Course – All Welcome
